Cleeves and Whitehead Trust Llandudno Holiday 2014

Cleeves and Whitehead Trust
Llandudno Holiday 2014

A full coach of 53 Mark Brethren and Ladies set off from Brighouse on 28th June to enjoy a week’s holiday in Llandudno organised and sponsored the Cleeves and Whitehead Trust.

Based at the ‘Four Oaks’ Hotel, situated right on the seafront in Llandudno, the holiday also included day trips to Anglesey, Betws-y-coed and Porthmadog and celebrated four birthdays, with everyone sharing a gigantic birthday cake.

The holidaymakers were accompanied and ably looked after throughout our dedicated and highly competent Welfare Officers Mrs Judith Mann, Freda Buxton and W.Bro. Phillip Mann and an excellent time was had them all.

Here, some of the holidaymakers are seen enjoying the evening sunshine outside the Four Oaks Hotel.

Holidays have been sponsored the Cleeves and Whitehead Trust since 1996, with the aim of providing a safe environment in which Mark Masons, their families and dependants can enjoy companionship and a much needed break. They are always extremely well received and the pleasure given to those attending is a joy to behold.

Although places on the holidays are limited, first consideration is given to those who have not attended before, so if you know of any worthy cases in your Lodge, please make sure their names are submitted, via your Lodge Almoner, at the appropriate time for next year’s holiday when it is announced.
